The summer patriotic holidays are upon us, and what better way to commemorate those celebrations than with our flag? After all, behind each of those fun-filled holidays is a wealth of history that made those holidays possible, so it seems only fitting that the flag have a special place in the celebrations, and this one may just be perfect, not just for the holidays but all year round! This design set, for a 150mm x150mm hoop, consists of 9 tiles (blocks) that are completed in the hoop, then sewn together with traditional sewing (finished size 18¾”x18¾”). Each block features inner fleece batting for body and muslin back fabric, and each front consists of appliqué embellished with decorative stitching and rich satin seams. After the blocks are attached to each other, a decorative back fabric is added, the seams are then embellished with trim, the edges finished with binding and hangers are attached. At that point, the only problem is deciding where to hang it! PJ's In the Hoop is distributed by Anita Goodesign and was not included with any club.
