Decisions, decisions...which of these will you want to make first?! This set contains four different patchwork purse accessories, all designed to fit the 5x7 hoop. There’s a large version that is sure to be a catch-all for all those papers and coupons, and yes, even cash; one for eyeglasses; one for credit cards and business and appointment cards, and finally a mini-zippered version, complete with a loop for a key ring, for change, pills, or those little key-ring store scan tags that tend to never be where they need to be! All are done completely in the hoop--even the zipper and Velcro closures--with no additional sewing required (except for a few hand-stitches on the credit card case). Each bag features a lining and an inner fleece batting and beautiful decorative stitching. The outer portion of the 3 larger bags is created by using coordinating fabrics and my mentor Steve Wilson’s new folded fabric technique to create traditional patchwork in a contemporary way. As always, the tutorial will walk you through each step, and I think the result will be several entries on your Christmas giving list being filled with “Patchwork Bags”!
