This Christmas in July, we decided to rework traditional echo quilting and form it into a stand alone design! Lines wind around each other to create the shape of each one of these jolly designs. The 13-ply stitch that makes up the line-work will give each shape a textured and hand-stitched look, all while being stitched with ease on your embroidery machine! Since these are embroidery only, you can really let your thread shine through by playing with different thread types! Use polyester or rayon threads for a vibrant sheen or try using matte threads such as the Madeira Frosted Matts that we used to give the shapes a true hand stitched look.
