For this project we used quilt pattern 2 from the baby tutorial. The patterns and tutorial are located on the CD Rom in the tutorials folder. This is an easy quilt to create; all of the Panda bears were embroidered on a mint colored flannel. Once they are embroidered we trimmed them into squares and then stitched the individual squares onto the background fabric. This technique eliminates conventional piecing. You can then embellish the squares with ribbon or rick-rack.
