Iconography meets the abstract in the artistic stylings of Premium Collection, Icon Scenes. Inspired by Stephen Wilson Studio, we created icon designs portraying themes for all four seasons (winter, spring, summer and fall), as well as Christmas and Halloween. Each individual seasonal and holiday icon design depicts an image pertaining to that specific theme. For example, the winter theme include snowflakes, mittens, and bobsleds; the Halloween theme includes jack-o-lanterns, bats, and ghosts. In this collection, we have equipped you with the tools and knowledge to become an iconography artist at home. There is a 3-step process when it comes to creating a quilt, as well as an art piece. Depending on your choice of medium, this tutorial will guide you with step-by-step instructions on how to create your iconic designs and complete your project in no time! Similar to photo mosaics, this collection takes multi-colored smaller images (icons) and arranges them into a pattern to create a larger image. We have included a variety of layout options for your finished product or you can create an artistic arrangement of your own! The layouts provided include scenes illustrating unique patterns for all seasonal and holiday themes, as well as abstract, ombre, and gradient motifs.
