For the past decade, I have utilized embroidery as my primary medium for fine art, with my work displayed in galleries, museums, celebrity collections, and commercial institutions worldwide.

Interactive Workshop & Demonstrations:

• Duration: 1.5 Days
• Includes lectures based on the Artful Embroidery method. You will learn to embroider in ways that you never thought possible.
• Breakout workstations where you will learn about the latest machines, tools and techniques.
• No need to take notes; you will receive a comprehensive 250-page full-color book along with over 50 designs.
  

Masterclass Experience:

• Duration:  1/2 Day - held on the afternoon of the second day
• You will create your own unique art piece.
• You will work with the same high-quality materials from my studio, ensuring your artwork is truly special.
• You will receive an exclusive kit, including the Artful Embroidery course book, over 150 embroidery designs, threads, stabilizers, mounting materials, and an acrylic frame, enabling you to complete and frame your artwork by the end of the class.
• I am thrilled to be able to create alongside our dedicated fans and newcomers eager to explore their creativity. Over two days, you will learn innovative applications of appliqué, lace, free-standing embroidery, patch making,

dimensional embroidery and quilting techniques.

For over three decades, Stephen Wilson has woven his artistry into the fabric of the embroidery world. His journey began amidst the bustling streets of New York City’s garment district, where he honed his craft and later traveled the country, sharing his expertise in digitizing through lectures. His remarkable talent has garnered every major award the embroidery industry has to offer, culminating in the founding of Anita Goodesign.

Two decades ago, Anita Goodesign burst onto the scene, igniting a revolution in the embroidery landscape with breathtaking designs and dynamic events that captivated enthusiasts. After dedicating 20 years to teaching others the delicate art of embroidery, Stephen chose a new path—one that led him to inscribe his embroidered creations within the walls of galleries and museums around the globe.

His art has graced both solo exhibitions and collective showcases, finding its way into over 150 galleries and retail locations across the nation. Each unique piece is crafted with care in his Charlotte, NC studio, with larger works commanding prices over $10,000.
